OUR RATES - Austing Haus Bed & Breakfast Lodging in Taos Ski Valley: 
The following rates are quoted as 'per night’ and are based on single or double occupancy. Rates vary according to time of the year booked. The rates do not include tax of 13.6%. If you have any questions regarding the listed rates, please do not hesitate to contact us at (800) 748-2932.

Room Descriptions:

  • Standard room - 2 queen beds
  • Queen f/p - fireplace in room, one queen bed and a loft with either another queen bed or 2 twin beds
         (the loft is accessible by a ladder)
  • King f/p - fireplace room with one King bed

Our bed and breakfast features 24 elegantly appointed rooms, 16 with wood-burning fireplaces and 11 with Lofts.
Every reservation includes our HOT AUSTING HAUS BREAKFAST served each morning from 7:30 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. 
Also included are a microwave and a small refrigerator in every room. 
FREE wireless Internet available throughout the lodge. 
FREE Shuttle Service to the slopes.

NOTE:  A 50% deposit is required with your reservation. Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
We have a 21-day cancellation policy. If we receive less than 21 days notice of a cancellation or reservation change, the deposit is non-refundable. If we receive less than 7 days notice of cancellation or a reservation change, the deposit and balance are non-refundable.   If we receive more than 21 days notice, the deposit is refundable minus a $30 handling fee. Late arrivals and early departures will be charged for the fully reserved stay.
